Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional pickup for a nominal fee, or arrange to drop off smaller items directly at our warehouse location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once the item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit toward your next selection, minus any applicable restocking fees.
