What is your return policy on mattresses?
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 90-night Comfort Guarantee on select mattress models. If you aren't sleeping soundly, you can exchange it for a model that better fits your needs. Please note a small processing fee may apply.
How can I track the status of my custom furniture order?
Once your custom order is placed, you will receive periodic email updates regarding its production status. You can also contact our customer service team with your order number for real-time tracking.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All of our furniture and mattresses come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Roberts Furniture offers extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, tears, and structural damage.
Can I request a fabric or leather swatch before purchasing?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of matching your decor. Swatches for most of our customizable sofas and chairs can be mailed directly to your home or picked up at our showroom.
